I'd like to host a daytime event

Cobalt has been used for all kinds of daytime events from presentations to teaching days, away days, seminars and workshops. It is an unconventional, relaxed, and colourful space useful for events that would benefit from a unique creative backdrop.

The space is flexible, we can set it up with focus and breakout areas or in an auditorium layout. We provide full projection and audio options, flexible lighting, proper handmade coffee, a range of food offers and a fully stocked bar. We take great care with all aspects of hospitality and we can work with you to provide bespoke options. We are able to offer in house catering or food from Ernest café. Up to 20 people with a standard layout of two tables seating 28 plus break out areas

Half day: £130 + VAT (8.30am – 12.30pm or 1 – 5pm)

Full day: £220 + VAT (8.30am – 6pm)

Over 20 people in an auditorium layout, up to 90 people can be seated

Half day: £160 + VAT (8.30am – 12.30pm or 1-5pm)

Full day: £260 + VAT (8.30am – 6pm)

Note: all hire includes 1 hour tech set up, if further tech support is required its £11 ph for a minimum of 3 hours

‘Cobalt Studios hosted our Leadership Development programme for 12 entrepreneurs over two days. The entire service from Kate and Mark was fantastic – from the delicious home-made soup, artisan bread and freshly made coffees to the unique setting and great lighting / sound set up.
