High energy global beats from two forward thinking producer performers!

Mina & Bryte connect the dots between gqom, funky, afrohouse and amapiano resulting in upbeat, infectious club ready bangers.

Mina & Bryte first met in Accra, Ghana in 2017, and instantly connected over their shared love of global club music. Since then they have released several singles and toured internationally at venues and festivals worldwide including Berghain, Cakeshop Seoul, and Nyege Nyege Festival. Together they have an infectious energy, with a sound that fuses together styles from the UK, Ghana and around the world.  Bryte’s multilingual lyrics about his life in Accra and London skip playfully over Mina’s upbeat and distinctive production style, demonstrating how two artists from very different backgrounds can come together to create The duo are excited to announce the release of their debut joint EP ‘Abeka Bugatti’ on Earth Kicks on August 20th –  named after Bryte’s neighbourhood in Accra. The EP is their most accomplished project yet.

“exuberant, passionate, forward-thinking club music that slips between two continents.” [Clash Magazine]

Sadly Phibi can’t make it after all this Friday, but the great news is that Kay Greyson is here instead, at just 21 she’s been rapping since she was 6 years old and has already been performing for 10 years. Always smiling Kay brings positive vibes and top tunes!

We are also excited to let you know that we have decided to add a pop up party onto the end of the gig… in celebration of Newbridge and Slacks Radio moving into the neighbourhood , Slacks are taking over the decks after Mina & Bryte and taking us through until 2am – even more reason to come out!
